Capcom unveiled a slew of Resident Evil 6 information which is related to the game's three playable characters: survival horror Leon, action horror Chris, and new mysterious character Jake Muller.
A new trailer was also launched with tons of wild new plot details, and the game's release date has been moved up to October 2 (for consoles). Resident Evil 6 Second Trailer Free Download for A Game Sneak Peek.
A quick summary of the main Resident Evil 6 details revealed so far:
●World-wide virus -- travel from North American to Eastern Europe and China
●Solo or co-op play with Leon Kennedy, Chris Redfield and Jake Muller, along with their respective partners●Mercenaries mode returns
●Redesigned control scheme -- shoot while moving, roll in any direction or to take cover, and an enhanced melee attack.
●Demo packaged with Dragon's Dogma -- releases May 22, the demo will be available July 3 (360 and PS3 only).
Resident Evil 6 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 starting October 2, 2012, with a delayed PC release to follow.
