How to Manually Install Flash Player on Android device?(Android 2.2 to 4.2)

Since Adobe flash player is no longer available at Google Play Store and the new Android device won't ship with flash support just like the Jelly Bean device unless the retailers have pre-downloaded and installed the flash player before.Fortunately, we can manually download and install the flash player for Android phone and tablet from the Archived Flash Player Versions page on the Adobe website or use the third app to help us do that easily.

Method 1:Manually Operation

Warning:First, keep in mind there may be some risk in the process as there is no official supports on Android, and there won't be the security support or stability updates.
Second, the installation requires you to disable one of Android’s built-in security options. Remember to re-enable it afterwards for your device’s security.
Third, check out if your device is on the certificated device list.

Applied to:Android 2.2 (Froyo) to 4.1 (Jelly Bean)

1.Connect your Android device is connected to the Internet. For Android 2.2, 2.3 or 3.x,go to Setting->Applications,for Android 4.x, choose Secuity, then place a checkmark next to the "Unknown sources" check box.

2. Open the browser.Navigate to flash player archive page, and find the compatible flash player 11.1 version on the page below. The website offers two options ,one for Android 4.x and the other for Android 2.x and 3.x.

3.Tap the link to download the Flash Player installer, when finished, open Notifications, Tap "install_flash_player.apk" when prompted to begin the installation.

4.When the installation is down,do some setting to make flash content play normally on device.
Android 3.0 :Go to Menu> Settings > select Advanced>Enable plug-ins .Select “Always on” option to enable Flash content always. Choose “On demand” option to enable selectively on each page.
Android 2.2 or 2.3:Go to Menu> Settings or (Menu>More>Settings)> Enable plug-ins. on Android 2.2 or 2.3.

5.Click the flash website to confirm the flash is up and running. If it works, uncheck the “Unknown sources” option to keep the device secure.

After you done all the opeartion, you have successfully installed the latest Flash player 11.1 on your Android phone or tablet.

Method 2:SWF Viewer Pro (Support Android 2.2 - 4.1.1 )

If you think the manually opeartion is not easy for you, you can also choose a better way.Use SWF Viewer Pro to help you intall the Adobe flash player Plugin.

The app supports fullscreen play and fast explore & search SWF files. Also, you can preview Flash in the file explorer interface. It can help you to install Adobe Flash Player Plugin smartly, it supports armv6, armv7 and x86 android device (include android armeabi-v7a emulator). And more.

If you Android device is uncertified device, you can use this method. For other certified device, I still suggest you to use the manually method.
